Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage check-ins and checkouts, and perform laundry duties per brand standards. The role emphasizes safety and guest service during late hours.

The position requires English proficiency, ability to operate the property management system, and willingness to work a 11:00pm–7:00am shift. Benefits include weekly pay and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system and complete shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and maintenance instructions; complete routine reports and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience at all times.
• Assist guests overnight with check-in/checkout and payments per guidelines.
• Process all laundry (wash, dry, fold) and ensure items meet brand standards.
• Process all dishware; wash, dry and package per standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all company policies including cash handling and security.
