Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage check-ins/outs, and oversee laundry and related duties. You will also help with dishwashing, breakfast setup, and maintaining stock levels across carts and laundry areas. The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Typical shift is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Benefits include weekly pay, vision insurance, 401(k), EAP, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must understand and communicate in English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Overnight guest assistance including check-in and check-out and payment processing.
• Complete laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets and other items.
• Process all dishes and related items per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Assist with reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast in line with brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to monitor cleanliness and safety.
