Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight and manage laundry and dishware operations. You will also handle check-ins/check-outs, cash handling, and basic breakfast setup according to brand standards.

The role involves daily property tours, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Prior experience is not required, but attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Operating the property management system and handling shift reports/audit functions.
• Reading safety rules and operating manuals.
• Completing routine reports and correspondence.
• Performing basic math in all units of measure.
• Applying good judgment at all times.
• Managing guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Handle laundry responsibilities such as washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware according to standards and packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Follow safety, cash handling and key control procedures.
