Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Mendota Heights is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-ins/outs, and manage laundry duties per hotel standards.

You will answer phones, process reservations and payments, and ensure safety and security protocols are followed. The role includes laundry, dishware processing, breakfast setup, and routine property checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in and check-out following company guidelines.
• Complete laundry responsibilities, answer phones, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Process laundry: stain treatment, washing, drying, folding linens, towels, blankets, shower curtains.
• Process dishware: washing, drying, and packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours to check cleanliness and maintenance.
• Adhere to all policies including cash handling and key control.
