Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to cover night audit shifts from 10pm to 6am, 16-24 hours per week.

You will warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, provide information about the resort, and quote room rates while handling transactions with accuracy. Responsibilities include guiding guests through the registration process, issuing keys, balancing cash, and supporting checkout procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and English literacy required.
• Ability to balance cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform cash handling duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify guest charges.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide accurate room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
