Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the Night Audit checklist, balance daily financials, and prepare reports for Food and Beverage audit.

The role may oversee all Front Office tasks on the third shift, including guest registration, key issuance, and cash handling at a resort. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of front desk or hospitality experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting education preferred.
• Experience: 1 year front desk or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and complete registration.
• Issue unit keys and provide resort information and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions; balance cash receipts during shift.
• Complete checkout procedures and prepare deposits; secure assigned bank.
• May book guest reservations for individuals or groups and update no-shows.
