Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Skokie, IL seeks a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and manage laundry and dishwashing to brand standards.

Duties include answering phones, processing payments, stocking housekeeping carts, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

The role also assists with grab-and-go breakfast setup, routine housekeeping, and other duties as needed. Typical shift is 11:00pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including checking in and checking out.
• Answer phones and handle guest communications.
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding linens, towels and shower curtains.
• Process dishware in accordance with standards; wash, dry and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms with necessary products.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
