Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services at the Chicago, OHare area property. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, and manage all laundry tasks including linens and dishes while upholding safety standards.

The role involves stocking supplies, processing reservations, and assisting with front desk tasks as needed. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with exposure to hotel procedures preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional travel to other locations within reasonable geography.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms with necessary supplies to maintain PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
