Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and handle laundry duties in a hotel environment. The role includes processing reservations, payments, and maintaining product PAR levels across housekeeping carts and laundry rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong English communication for guest and associate interactions.
• Ability to operate property management system technology and process shift reports/audit functions.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out procedures according to company guidelines.
• Complete laundry responsibilities: washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware and maintain cleanliness of laundry and housekeeping areas.
• Stock carts and laundry areas to PAR levels in accordance with brand standards.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
