Job summary

Extended Stay America in Phoenix is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant. The role supports guests overnight, handles check-ins/outs, processes laundry and dishware, and maintains safety and security per company standards.

You will assist with breakfast setup, filing reports, and coordinating with housekeeping and front desk as part of a busy hotel environment. A GED or HS diploma is required, with good communication in English and basic math skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including checking in and checking guests out in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are in place.
• Process all laundry: stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding of linens, towels, blankets and shower curtains.
• Handle and process dishware in accordance with standards: wash, dry and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with products to maintain PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct periodic daily tours of the property to inspect cleanliness and maintenance.
