Job summary

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis invites a Front Office Supervisor to join our opening team. This Overnight shift (11:00pm–7:30AM) is part of launching a premium guest experience in our new property, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis.

You will supervise front office operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth check-ins/outs while delivering warm hospitality and exceptional guest service as we set the standard for our opening hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team: lead check-ins/outs and guest service delivery.

• Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage lobby flow to maintain service efficiency.
