Hilton Indianapolis is opening Signia by Hilton and seeks a Night Auditor to help launch our Front Office team and shape the guest experience from day one. This overnight role involves auditing, posting, and reconciling daily activity, verifying card transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting management.

• Guest service: check-ins, desk assist, daily prep, and reporting

Be part of the highly anticipated new hotel opening, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Front Office team and are currently seeking Night Auditors to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching the hotel.

Schedule:

Overnight shift, 11:00pm – 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays.

As a Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
• Guest Service: Checking in guests, assisting at the desk, Prepare for the upcoming day, run reports as needed
