Job summary

Hilton Indianapolis is hiring a Group Reservations Coordinator to support the opening team at Signia by Hilton Indianapolis. You will oversee all group bookings from initial inquiry through arrival, coordinating with Sales, Events, and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Experience coordinating group reservations and rooming lists.
• Strong communication with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process group reservations: coordinate booking details, rooming lists, event resumes, and billing.
• Act as liaison to verify and relay information between planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and front desk.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests and team members.
• Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc projects.
• Provide clerical support such as word processing, data entry, filing and copying.
