Job summary

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is expanding its pre-opening team and seeks a Uniform Room Supervisor to lead daily uniform operations, linen handling, and staff coordination on site.

In this role you will supervise the Uniform team, manage distribution and inventory of all uniforms, oversee linen processing, monitor quality and efficiency, and optimize productivity to ensure a flawless guest experience at our soon-to-be premier hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Uniform team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms
• Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms
• Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance
• Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed
• Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics

Featuring 800 guest rooms and 100,000 square feet of onsite meeting space, the hotel will serve as a premier destination for large-scale conventions, corporate meetings, and social events. As we continue to grow our pre-opening team, we are seeking a Uniform Room Supervisor to join our amazing team!

Shift: person must be able to work a flexible schedule along with weekends and Holidays.
