This overnight role involves auditing, posting, and reconciling daily activity, verifying card transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting management.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions by auditing, posting, and reconciling daily activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy; ensure card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies between financial reports and takings
• Assist management with guidance and training on financial processes and systems
• Support emergency response with Night Manager during incidents
• Guest service: check-ins, desk assist, daily prep, and reporting
