Job summary

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis invites a Front Office Supervisor to join our opening team. This Overnight shift (11:00pm–7:30AM) is part of launching a premium guest experience in our new property, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis.

You will supervise front office operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth check-ins/outs while delivering warm hospitality and exceptional guest service as we set the standard for our opening hotel.

Be part of the highly anticipated new hotel opening, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Front Office team and are currently seeking Front Office Supervisors to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key supervisory role in launching the hotel, assisting with developing an exceptional guest service team, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Schedule

Overnight shift, 11:00pm – 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Supervise front office team: Lead team members in performing all front office procedures, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
• Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback
• Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues
• Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency
