Job summary

Conrad Nashville is seeking an Overnight Front Office Supervisor to oversee Front Office operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest service excellence and compliance with Conrad Hilton standards. You will lead the overnight team, handle guest concerns, manage arrivals and departures, and perform the nightly audit and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and hotel supervision, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OnQ and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OnQ and Outlook.
• Proven interpersonal skills with guest interaction.
• Ability to negotiate, organize, delegate and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports the overnight Front Office team, providing direction and coaching.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and Conrad Hilton standards.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, registrations, room assignments and billing inquiries.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow up.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, transportation and local attractions.
• Coordinate VIPs, special requests and communicate issues to management and oncoming shift.
• Complete required checklists, logs, and shift documentation.
