Job summary

The Inn at Virginia Tech and Crestline Hotels & Resorts are hiring a Full-time Night Manager to oversee front desk operations, from check-in/out to the night audit, on a 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift. The role requires weekend, holiday, and Virginia Tech football game availability.

Pay ranges from $21.63 to $26.44 per hour ($45,000–$55,000 annually) and the position includes participation in an incentive program, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years hospitality management experience.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with hotel information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete night audit processes through the PMS.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to front office staff.
• Manage schedules, budgeting, and payroll within the department.
• Address guest issues promptly and professionally while maintaining security.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
