Job summary

The Inn at Virginia Tech, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor on the Virginia Tech campus. You will handle front desk duties, perform the nightly audit in the PMS, and ensure accurate accounting while delivering friendly service. The shift runs 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work the overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Complete nightly audit procedures in the PMS.
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with requests.
• Record and balance pertinent financial transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
