Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED with 3 years hospitality management experience.
• Computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience; hotel information systems experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute front office strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Coordinate with front office team on planning, development, and execution.
• Ensure staff training to standards and proper operation of each department.
• Lead, train, coach, and provide feedback to front office staff and managers.
