Job summary

The Inn at Virginia Tech, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a part-time Dining Room Attendant for The Loyal. You will work weekends, holidays, and Hokie game days, providing friendly, efficient service and helping servers during busy periods.

Starting wage is $15/hour. Responsibilities include maintaining tables and service areas, stocking supplies, serving beverages, and ensuring a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or work equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
• Good understanding of English and ability to communicate with guests.
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers to provide courteous service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments and supplies.
• Stock wares and equipment needed for service.
• Carry dishes and trays from kitchens to serving counters and tables.
