Job summary

The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager in Blacksburg, VA. This leadership role drives guest service, oversees front desk operations, and mentors a team to deliver outstanding experiences on campus-connected property.

Experience in hotel management and proficiency with Opera systems are preferred. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with incentive potential; benefits include medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with 3 years of hospitality management experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Coach, train, and develop front office staff and supervisors.
• Monitor department performance, budgets, and payroll.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to optimize guest experiences.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel services, rates, and promotions.
