Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of Box Office experience minimum.
• Two years of Front of House supervisorial experience minimum.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patrons and staff under pressure.
• Knowledge of ticketing processes and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with ADA regulations for public assembly.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening Box Office operations and cashier supervision.
• Supervise Front of House activities for ~200 events per year.
• Coordinate with Ticket Office staff to resolve ticketing issues and seating problems.
• Lead emergency procedures and ensure patron safety during events.
• Maintain lobby and venues ambiance and keep facilities welcoming.
• Train and supervise Front of House staff and student workers.
