Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) seeks a Part-time Night Manager to oversee CPAC Box Office operations and Front of House for 200 yearly events at the Clayes Performing Arts Center in Fullerton, CA.

Under supervision of the Box Office Manager, you will manage ticketing, cashiering, and staff, ensuring safe, smooth performances across Meng Concert Hall and five venues, including training and coordinating with vendors and artists' merchandisers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years Box Office experience.
• Minimum two (2) years Front of House supervisorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end of shift protocols for Box Office staff.
• Provide customer service leadership to box office personnel and patrons.
• Serve as Front of House Supervisor for events in CPAC.
• Lead emergencies and ensure safety during performances.
• Coordinate with caterers, vendors and artists’ merchandisers.
• Train and supervise Front of House staff.
• Manage paid and student staff during performances.
• Prepare Front of House reports detailing occurrences and times.
