• Inspect guest rooms and tour the hotel to fill maintenance work orders.
• Enforce hotel standards, policies and procedures with Front Office staff.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong inter-department relations.
• Adhere to credit procedures in the Front Office; review High Balance Report and follow up on credit issues.
