Job summary

Rebel Hotel Company in California is seeking a Reservations Agent to create a seamless, personalized booking experience while supporting revenue and service objectives. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and returning guests, delivering polished, attentive service during the booking process.

Onsite position with weekday afternoons and weekend mornings, you will upsell premium rooms and packages, coordinate with Sales and Front Office, and manage reservations in the hotel

Qualifications

Experience handling reservations and guest inquiries.
Ability to upsell premium accommodations and packages.
Strong communication and personalized service.
Knowledge of hotel policies and guest privacy.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to reservation calls, emails, voicemails and inquiries; assist with new reservations, changes, cancellations and questions.
Provide accurate information on guestrooms, rates, packages, amenities, services and experiences.
Build rapport with guests and recommend accommodations and experiences that meet their needs.
Communicate rate terms, deposits, cancellation requirements and policies clearly in a warm, personalized manner.
Maintain ownership of guest requests from inquiry through confirmation.
