Qualifications

• Some college and three years guest service/hotel experience.
• Full knowledge of the guest service/night function.
• Some supervisory training/experience preferred.
• English fluency required; other languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day or night hotel operations and inspect departments for appearance and deficiencies.
• Oversee front desk and night audit; ensure prompt, professional guest service.
• Maintain safety: monitor security during night, evacuations, and health regulations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and report serious problems to management.
• Coordinate with departments and coordinate guest communications across shifts.
