Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Handle guest requests such as tours or restaurant reservations.
• Process payments and issue keys during check-in/check-out.
• Complete daily financial tasks and shift reports.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and perform light cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
