Job summary

Biloxi Lodging seeks a meticulous Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, audit the day’s transactions, and ensure accurate financial records. You will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest requests, and prepare folios for the morning shift.

Responsibilities include nightly reconciliations, security oversight, and preparing reports for management. Candidates should have hotel front desk experience, PMS proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills for overnight

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services.
• Experience with PMS and basic financial reconciliation.
• Cash handling, auditing, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Night Audit and Financial Reconciliation: review and reconcile daily transactions, balance guest accounts, post charges, and prepare reports.
• Guest Check-in and Check-out: manage late check-ins/outs and provide folios.
• Guest Service and Communication: respond to inquiries and resolve issues during overnight hours.
• Security and Safety: monitor security systems and perform safety walks.
• Administrative and Reporting Duties: prepare management reports and ready the property for morning shift.
• Additional Duties: assist with light housekeeping and support night team.
