Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Guest Registration in Wilmington, DE. You will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, and provide excellent customer service while monitoring front desk activities and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities include credential verification, monitoring cameras, and supporting residents with directions and information. A background check and drug screening are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and manage access per site procedures.
• Monitor visitor access, greet guests, verify credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras and entry points; report issues per site procedures.
• Offer information and assistance to residents and visitors while maintaining professionalism.
