Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, maintain visitor records and direct individuals accordingly.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and systems from the front desk and report issues to management.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with site management.
