Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as receptionist, admin, or in customer service/hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask while managing phones, visitors, and resident needs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to maintain tact, patience, and confidentiality when working with residents, families, and team members.
• Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule.
