Responsabilités

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of nightly financial records.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain a calm, watchful presence to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep overnight operations smooth and service top-notch.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to solve problems independently.
