Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to create a positive member experience at the club by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests, and by managing front desk duties.

You will greet guests, process check-ins, sign up new members, lead tours, update accounts, respond to questions, and close the day’s shift, while maintaining a clean club environment and a courteous, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work 3rd shift (overnights).

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-ups, and tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Close shift for the business day and ensure banking is prepared.
