Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring at the Westin San Antonio North. The Front Office role focuses on delivering excellent guest service in a courteous, professional manner, executing selling strategies to boost hotel revenue, and acting as Manager on Duty during late evening and early morning hours.

You will greet and register guests, promote hotel services, coordinate with housekeeping, manage cash and PMS, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate with guests and associates.
• Ability to promote services and amenities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and respect guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business by taking future reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and PMS records.
