White Lodging in San Antonio is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests at the front desk and ensure accurate daily financials. You will balance all hotel and restaurant transactions, prepare reports, and safeguard guest information while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

This role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a busy pace and a team-focused attitude. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at front desk functions.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily (credit cards, cash, change funds).
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports and record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Read, analyze, and interpret standard reports, guest folios, and procedures.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
