Embassy Suites - Louisville - Downtown in Louisville, KY seeks a Night Auditor to balance daily hotel and food & beverage transactions. You will handle audit procedures, prepare reports, verify wake-up calls, balance cash, and ensure a smooth morning shift handoff.

Additionally, you will serve as a Guest Services Agent and Manager on Duty during night hours, participate in meetings, and cross-train across Front Office operations. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hotel night audit experience preferred.
• Understand and use math concepts to report financial information.
• Work math problems quickly and accurately.
• Understand and use computers and related equipment.
• Speak and write clearly to report financial information.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in all Front Office and Reservation operations and manage guest concerns.

Hotel Night Auditor position required to answer phones, check-in and check-out guests. Balance daily transactions for hotel and food and beverage revenues. Handle guest issues and transmit reports.

• Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a nightly basis
• Performs all required audit reports
