Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service during overnight hours.
• High attention to detail with balanced reports and accurate folios.
• Outgoing and positive personality with the ability to handle diverse guest situations.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently overnight.
• Physical ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods; overnight availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries.
• Explain hotel reports and guest folios clearly as on-site authority overnight.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
