Job summary

Hilton is seeking an attentive Front Desk Associate at Union Station Curio in St. Louis, MO. You will check guests in, manage reservations, and provide local information while maintaining cash handling accuracy and a courteous demeanor.

The role requires overnight availability and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering rooms, and assisting with guest needs, while upholding Hilton standards and guest service

Responsibilities

• Check in all guests according to the standard.
• Follow all cash handling and banking procedures to check out all customers efficiently.
• Operate OnQ, take same day reservations and know how to enter a reservation.
• Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers.
• Be knowledgeable about Hilton Honors and other frequent traveler programs.
• Know how to follow all hospitality guidelines.
• Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible (no more than three rings).
• Handle mail and messages properly and on a confidential basis.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back office area at all times.
