Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, Night Audit or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile reports and transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight Front Desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest assistance.
• Complete nightly audit procedures including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and closing daily hotel operations.
• Monitor overnight hotel activity and respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Process guest payments, billing adjustments, cash handling, and PMS transactions accurately.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational, accounting, and occupancy reports for hotel leadership teams.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, room inventory, reservations systems, and safety procedures.
• Support room assignments, wake-up calls, and overnight coordination across departments.
