Qualifications

• Overnight Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Experience with PMS, POS, and reservations platforms.
• Detail oriented with strong accounting and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service during overnight Front Desk operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balance accounts, and close daily operations.
• Monitor overnight activity and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Process guest payments, cash handling, and PMS transactions accurately.
• Prepare daily reports for hotel leadership and management.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, room inventory, and reservations systems.
• Support room assignments, wake-up calls, and overnight coordination.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure smooth operations.
