Job summary

The White House Hotel - Barrington Development is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight front desk operations, audit daily transactions, and ensure accurate financial records. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, address guest requests, and communicate with other departments to maintain smooth night-time operations.

Ideal candidates will have a background in hotel front desk duties, experience with PMS, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience with PMS and basic financial reconciliation preferred.
• Experience with cash handling, auditing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Night audit and financial reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Guest check-in and check-out during night shift with accurate PMS data.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor security and safety during overnight hours.
• Prepare revenue and occupancy reports for management.
• Assist with light housekeeping and training of night staff.
