Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling, IL is seeking a Night Auditor to handle registration, checkout and cashiering, and to reconcile daily revenue.

You will manage front desk operations, greet guests, maintain a house bank, post charges, prepare daily reports, and support other departments as needed. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and detail orientation, with a schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; register guests into the computer, verify reservation, address, and credit information.
• Promote the Hotel’s Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a house bank and deposit and report receipts daily.
• Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.
• Issue keys and control entrance of safety deposit boxes; post miscellaneous charges as requested.
• Review day’s arrivals, VIP and special reservations, and inform staff of room assignments.
• Review daily room availability and inform staff; check status of departures daily.
• Relay pertinent information to front desk staff and managers.
• Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.
• Reconcile and complete all daily front desk agents’ work.
• Run find trial balance to post rooms and close day.
• Run accounts receivable reports.
• Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office as required.
