Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or guest-related roles.
• Front desk or night audit experience preferred in hospitality.
• Familiar with hotel PMS, Quore, PBX and related systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar office software.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; an associate degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is a plus.

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor during night shift.
• Post guest payments and reconcile accounts for the day.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations and wake-up calls.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure correct billing, balance day-end transactions, and hand over to day team.
