Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the night shift, ensure guest payments are posted, and reconcile daily accounts.

The ideal candidate will have prior guest service experience and familiarity with hotel systems, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor while handling reservations and guest inquiries. Experience in hospitality, especially at a front desk or night audit, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-related roles.
• Front desk/night audit experience preferred.
• Proficient with hotel systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during night shift and ensure guest payments are posted.
• Balance daily accounts and reconcile day’s transactions.
• Handle reservations, wake-up calls, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Use upsell techniques to increase room nights and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate billing and ensure group billing is correct.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and issues are reported.
