Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the front desk during the night shift, post guest payments, and reconcile day-end accounts with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates will have prior night audit or front desk experience and familiarity with hotel systems like Quore and PBX, plus strong Microsoft 365 skills. A High School diploma is required, with an Associate’s degree encouraged. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Prior night audit or night shift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with brand or property PMS, Quore, PBX and related hotel systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during night shift with a friendly demeanor.
• Post guest payments and reconcile day accounts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure accurate room allocations and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain cash handling and banking responsibilities.
