The ideal candidate has prior guest-facing experience and familiarity with hotel systems like Quore, PBX, and a PMS, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front-office roles.
• Previous hospitality front desk/night audit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Quore, PBX, PMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or equivalent.
• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations
• Resolves guest problems and complaints with urgency
• Responds to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information
• Uses suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue
• Balances accounts from the day shifts and posts transactions
• Ensures end-of-day procedures are completed and day is properly reconciled
• Attends meetings as required
