Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly front desk operations, reconcile daily financial activities, and ensure accurate day-end reporting. You will manage guest interactions, handle payments, and support overnight front desk functions with a focus on security and compliance.

You will operate the Property Management System, assist with wake-up calls and reservations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience during the night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in accounting or front office preferred.
• Strong communication, guest-service orientation, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Reconcile daily front desk accounting and finalize day-end reports.
• Run trial balance to post rooms and generate next-day reports for multiple departments.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
• Handle payments, maintain a house bank, and prepare accurate receipt reports.
• Operate safety deposit boxes and manage miscellaneous charges.
• Assist with guest transportation and local area information.
• Adhere to SOPs and use the PMS and KE equipment properly.
• Maintain open communication with all departments and upsell where appropriate.
