Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly front desk operations, reconcile daily financial activities, and provide exceptional guest service. You will manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and day-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to upsell. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in an accounting or front office role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Reconcile daily front desk transactions and prepare reports.
• Post rooms and close the day using the trial balance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and upsell opportunities.
• Operate the front desk system and assist with reservations and duties.
