Job summary

Ivy Hospitality in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations. You will reconcile daily financial activity, run end-of-day reports, handle guest interactions, and ensure security and accurate accounting for the next day.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting or front desk, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts at $17/hour and includes benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of hotel services and local area attractions.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
• Ability to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day; standing/walking as needed.
• Lift up to 15 lbs and perform repetitive motions as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: check-in/check-out, reservations, guest inquiries.
• Reconcile daily front desk accounting; ensure accuracy of daily postings.
• Run end-of-day balances and prepare next-day reports for multiple departments.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle complaints promptly.
• Manage payments, house bank, and receipt reports; control access to valuables.
